MY BODY TRANSFORMATION JOURNEY.. Hi Friends,

Here I am, after the 100 days challenge.
In my previous challenge I had shared that I will go on 12% body fat. Within few days of completing my challenge, I was at 11% body fat. But then I thought, ‘Where to go from here now?’ And that’s how here I am.

The image was taken in the month of February’19. I haven’t used any steroids in these transformations and hence, it took slightly longer. The delay in posting on social media, as I was looking for a right time to analyze my body after I changed my schedule. I have learnt few things during this challenge and those are: • Any individual can do it with the regular diet & exercise pattern with a regular busy schedule
• It requires certain amount of consistency and discipline in terms of diet & exercise
• You need to lose more weight and fat than you actually think
• “Does it mean that you are super strong? – Maybe or maybe not...!” I felt much lighter (mind & body) and my functionality improved big time, as far as my experience was concerned

You may face body shaming when you lose a lot of weight or when you start gaining weight. You should be mentally strong enough to let it go and overcome on those huddles. People may ask, “Are you sick?” (Which you may look also after losing excess weight). Also in case of gaining weight, people may say, “Where are those 6 packs..?” A lot of people say that these 6 packs will not stay for life long. In my opinion, ‘One day we will not be able to walk or stay alive. That should not stop us from living our day…!
TODAY IS THE DAY TO LIVE AND TO DO SOMETHING YOU ASPIRE FOR…! As on date, I have increased my diet and changed my exercise schedule. I am on approximately 12% body fat now.

My upcoming challenge is to do between 50 to 100 n push-ups, 10 to 20 n pull ups and remain under 15% body fats. So that anytime I can reach visible 6 pack abs within 8 to 12 weeks.

I may add some more challenges…
