🔹MOVE 1 - Sumo Squat/twist (core work)• 20 seconds
🔹MOVE 2 - Skater to hop *make sure you do both sides, only one side is shown here*• 20 seconds each side
🔹MOVE 3 - Butt kicks • 20 seconds
🔹MOVE 4 - Alternating  forward/back hop/pause • 20 seconds
🔹MOVE 5 - Jumping jacks with alternating arms • 20 seconds ⭐️perform entire circuit 3-4 times without breaking between moves. Ultimately, aim to avoid breaking between each successive time through the circuit, but if you must, take 20-30 seconds. Remember, challenge breeds change...get comfortable with being slightly uncomfortable💪🏼
