This is my beautiful friend Veda. I first met her six or seven years ago, when we were both working at a festival together. I was offering my henna of course, and she had a beautiful booth full of handmade treasures. She was set up next door to me, and was curious about henna. She got a design, ended up buying a few cones, and promptly fell in love with it. She’s been doing henna ever since. Recently, she’s had a bit of a break from it as she’s been devoting her energy to fighting cancer. She’s just finished chemo, and I was honored to create this unique flower crown for her. I have another crown client that I’m headed off to see today., as I do regularly throughout the year. I don’t charge for this service, rather I take donations to support my continued work. I greatly appreciate your support! Donations of any amount are gratefully accepted. If you would like to contribute, please visit my website at www.sarahenna.com/crowns. If you’re in the Seattle area and know someone who might benefit from this service, please send them my way! ⠀ ...
