you have the power to unplug from what is draining your energy 🔌🧠 As I assimilate back to my “normal life” after traveling, I have become swept up in so many waves of emotions. I am practicing honoring my self, my body, my soul, by resting & unplugging.
I know the list of to-dos is long, but if there is one thing I have learned from being gone for the past two weeks it is that I am able to step away & the world still moves on. When I feel the urge to move back into work, I will, when I know I’m ready. Until then, I’m going to float through the emotions, rest, read, write, move my body, eat, soak, meditate, cry, laugh, & let time pass.
