Then intermediates follow me on the right 👩🏼🎓Fact: the best way to strip belly fat and tone your abs is by doing standing multi compound moves as well as multi directional - the reason being these are big calorie burners and you engage your abs deeper when you are upright and moving as you use them for stability- so time to ditch the plank and sits up because these moves only focus on a few muscles and can actually broaden your waist.

Find a small open space (preferably one that gets in everybody's way, like a doorway haha) and get started!
👣 Reverse Plank March (keep your hips and chest up!)
👣 Slider Slow Climber (think about pressing down, not just back!)
👣 Deep Squat to Push-Up (great for hip mobility and controlled pressing!)
👣 Tall Plank Foe Touch (another great way to build/demonstrate control!)
📌 Save these moves and give them a shot the next time you have access to... the ground. 😂

Reverse grip pull down (4 x (15,12,10 = one set) | DOUBLE DROP SET coming at ya!💦 Increase the weight as you decrease the reps and don’t rest until you complete one whole set — swipe to see an example of how tough the last 10 reps of the set should be to help gauge what weight you should use
Single-arm cable rows (4 x 12) | keep your elbow tucked to your side and a 90 degree angle with your body while breathing in as you pull toward you and exhaling as it moves away
Bent-over T bar rows (4 x 10) | try not to arch your back, elbows tucked and pause at the top for a sec🔥 for an extra buuuurn
Lat pull down (4 x 10) | for the first 5 pull the bar down, hold for a second and slowly let it rise back up, then regular for the remaining reps -

🔹 Lower Body Dynamic Warm-up 🔹
Warm-ups are highly beneficial for maximising performance and reducing the risk of injury, and should not be skipped! They don’t have to be long and drawn out either. 5 - 10 minutes is plenty to adequately prepare the body for your workout.
Here’s 5 lower body movements that will prime the quads, hamstrings, glutes, hips and ankles for any workout:

▪️Resistance Band Romanian Deadlift ...
