Calling all Leeds-based artists!! Fred Aldous are looking for a selection of Leeds creatives to take over their own brand sketchpad covers. They will be risograph printed by them in their Manchester store in 1 or 2 colours. The selected artists will get one of each of all the sketchpads, along with a blog post on the Fred Aldous website and Instagram showcasing the new sketchpad range, and the participating artists work.
Covers are limited, so please don’t be disappointed if your design isn’t selected! You are more than welcome to submit a previous piece of work if you think it would be well suited!

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: 1st September.
ENTRY DETAILS: All submissions should be emailed to email@example.com with the subject ‘FRED ALDOUS SKETCHBOOK SUBMISSION’ please include a link to your portfolio site or social media, along with your preferred name and details for crediting on the sketchbooks!
KEY WORD / STARTING POINT: Sculpture – Feel free to take this as literally or as abstract or loose as you like, it's there as something to spark an idea rather than inhibit you in any way.
PRINTING: Riso, 1 or 2 colour, artwork will need to be separated into colour labeled layers. Colours available can be found at www.fredaldous.co.uk/pages/riso-studio
ARTWORK SIZE: 273x331mm (W&H) – Supplied in greyscale PDF or JPG layers, named with your desired colours. A coloured preview would also be much appreciated so we can get a feel for the outcome.
