Lately I feel the desire to workout without recording and just focusing on my movements & recognizing what I am doing & how I am doing it. I love working out for myself and not for anyone else but sometimes lines can get blurred and I have to take a step back & remember why it is I’m doing all of this in the first place! 🙂 I love sharing with you guys & I will continue to share BUT I also enjoy taking some days to myself & working out without worrying about having to record over and over again. .

Laufen, quer durch die Stadt ... auf Asphalt, Kopfsteinpflaster, Treppen hoch und runter oder an Orten an denen man sonst nicht läuft. 16 Etage im Pullmann Hotel bis hoch aufs Dach oder im Dynamo Stadion den K-Block rauf 🥳🥳
Ob es anstrengend war, oh ja 😅😅 aber es hat mega viel Spaß gemacht und genau darum geht es doch beim Laufen!

There aren’t always going to be good days.
There will be days where you just want to stay in bed and rest.
There will be days where you don’t want to do anything.
There are going to be days where you are satisfied will doing the bare minimal. There are going to be days where you make excuses.
These days right here will test you.
Are you going to make excuses for yourself? Are you just going to stay in bed and let life pass you by? How bad do you really want it?
Are you going to make the decision, to stop making excuses? Are you going to get out there and take charge of your life? Are you going to go after your dreams and goals you set for yourself? Are you going to start taking care of your body, mind, and soul?
When those days come these are the questions, you have to ask yourself. You have to discipline yourself.
I honestly was so tired today, I went to a 3 day convention which was AMAZING, turn around worked out yesterday and had a killer session and today I just wanted to rest. I didn’t want to workout, but I knew my body had it in me. I knew I could. I told myself I’ll sleep in a little bit longer, but when I wake up I’m going to straight to the gym.
