::Alarm goes off at 5:45a:: I thought: “F*%* it. I’ll workout later.” Hit snooze & rolled over in bed.
As soon as I shut my eyes, thoughts raced through my mind: “What if I don’t feel like working out later?” “What if I don’t have time?” “Ugh. I’ve done this before & it ends up NOT happening” “I’ll feel guilty if I don’t do it”
Needless to say, it’s really hard to get back to sleep when your mind is racing.
Skipping my #selfcaresesh wasn’t worth the anxiety that would come with not putting in the work SO— off to the gym I went and of course felt revitalized & ready for the day.
Being a #fitpro doesn’t mean you always want to be at the gym. We experience a lot of the same struggles our clients do.
