It’s so good to see my numbers going up!!! 10 pound snatch pr at 147 lbs/66 kgs !! SO happy about this lift! Last time I tried to snatch heavy, my wrist was hurting very bad...this time, no pain at all!! 💪🏼

Today was an AMAZING day!! I re did wod 1 from last years wodapalooza qualifier and beat my previous time by over 2 and a half minutes! so happy to be seeing improvements in all areas!! It also helps to have a better rope, I love mine from @rpmtrainingco 🙌

Today was an AMAZING day!! I re did wod 1 from last years wodapalooza qualifier and beat my previous time by over 2 and a half minutes! so happy to be seeing improvements in all areas!! I can just relate so much to this one lol. Like how clumsy can I be for falling off my bike even though I’ve been able to ride a freakin bike for 10 years???! But whatevs we are moving forward and that’s all that counts! 📷: @carmen_raad ❣️

Little life update;
It’s been a hectic week for me;
On Wednesday I got my braces off which was pretty awesome (but quite painful), I then got a little bit sick so stayed home for 2 days. I also did some cool things like meeting a friend from Poland and overall it was just a fun, but exhausting week and the best decision was to sit back, and take a break from my usual, busy like. I had to take a break from my fitness schedule, creating and photographing recipes, extra sport on top of going to school!
While it was hard for me, because I am naturally super productive and love getting things done, I ended up getting better instead of developing a virus like my younger siblings, and today I feel much better. 
Usually on Saturdays I have bootcamp, beach training AND swimming, and while I’ve been telling myself I can and should get back to it, I still need to rest. Overdoing it is something I have always found normal for me, when it’s actually quite unhealthy although I’ve never noticed it. So, as hard as it is, this weekend I’m staying home to rest. I’m also taking a break from social media for the ENTIRE weekend and when I’m back I’ll let you all know how it went!!! See you all on Monday 😆.
