So everyone this was tonight’s workout, a funny one😂 the 6th video has me dying 😂 credits to my mum for being a horrendous videographer 😂
Slowly but surely building my confidence and strength training upper body, so here’s my first workout for ya to try 😇
WORKOUT 💪🏽 Bent over row, 3x7
💪🏽 Face pulls, 3x10
💪🏽 Lat pull downs, 4x8
💪🏽 Lying tricep extensions, 3x8
💪🏽 Dumbbell curl, 2x10
BURNOUT 💪🏽 SUPERSET- Preacher curl & stiff arm pull down, AMRAP. Please excuse my preacher curl vid, I couldn’t stop laughing at the monkey at the end of it😂😂😂 Make sure to save this work out, give it a go and let me know what you think! My lil arms are currently dying 😂
