Happiness isn’t about acquiring more things. It’s about acquiring an appreciation for the things you already possess.😌
When we practice gratitude for what is, we’re not caught up in the never-ending anxiety about an insatiable yearning for what could be. Gratitude is found in present moment awareness.❤️
When we truly experience the now, we’re not worried about what the future holds or attached to the patterns of the past. Our focus is on what is. We see what we have and not what we lack.
Sometimes we naturally feel grateful, especially when it comes easy – for things like family, friends, shelter, water, sunshine. Other times… it's not as straightforward – like having the means to pay our bills or seeing loss as another opening door. Sometimes we need to search for gratitude, but it's always there and always worthwhile.

Swipe Left to see all Tips! Which was your favourite? Today we’re going to share with you our overall music production tips - How to succeed faster or what to pay attention at the beginning.
1. Don’t work at one project too much. Sometimes quantity will make you better producer than continuous rush for quality. If you’re beginner 6-10 hours is enough.
2. No need for expensive plugins. If you will be able to tweak bad sounds to sound great & use stock plugins to the real best, you will be capable of doing pure insanity when you finally buy the best VSTs & sounds.
3. If you’re into music production more than ‘a few hours weekend hobby’ - invest in good headphones. If you’re sure about music production invest in simple room treatment & studio monitors.
4. Watch tutorials of successful music producers. Many youtube tutorials will lead you into the wrong way. Avoid them & look for quality content.
5. Get feedback! From everybody - not only music producers. Casual people will be your listeners - their feedback is as important as the professionals’. 6. Be unique. That’s the key for going viral. Do things that you wouldn’t usually do. Experiment, save your samples, tweak your sounds, combine them creatively.
7. Have fun - life is too short to spend doing stuff that you don’t like.

Let’s show up for one another.❤️
One of the kindest, sensitive, and significant acts we can do for those we love is simply to reach out and let them know we’re thinking of them.
It’s not difficult. It isn’t complicated. It doesn’t take much time out of our day. But this seemingly small message that requires so little can have a profound impact.
When we know there’s someone out there in the world who has us in mind, who wants the best for us, who’s on our team, we feel lifted up.
These kinds of bonds make us stronger, more supported, more connected, and more human.🌏
Whether it’s a text, a call, an email, a post-it note, or a handwritten card (kudos!), this kind of message serves as an anchor grounding us in human connection.
Whether the friend or family member on the other end is struggling in isolation or thriving in their relationships, it’s safe to assume this kind of communication will never be poorly received. Who doesn’t appreciate being reminded that someone else cares?
👭 Tag a friend and check in to see how they're doing! Schedule a meet up or a phone call.

one of my fav tunes from the @therealmarcusmiller 🎸 book 📘🎶 is “Preacher’s Kid.” The main “chorus” section of the tune (which I’m showcasing in this vid) is a perfect example of how to utilize reharmonization in a compositional setting i.e. the reharmonization is *part* of the actual song. The 4 bar melody here is repeated four times, and for each round, Marcus reharms it—sometimes subtly, and sometimes not so subtly. The melody changes slightly, but it’s more of an embellishment of the loop rather than a continuation or development of the idea. By using these simple materials and changing them every so slightly throughout the piece, we’re given 16 bars of a melody and harmonic progression that are both incredibly interesting and pleasing to the ear and the soul. Most importantly, check out the voice-leading in the chords! (Which is also part of the composition). Voice-leading is everything. 😉 .
