Oh wow! Game changers! 🍋 I am VERY pleased with how these turned out!! They are AHHHMAZING! I always have some form of protein ball in the fridge to grab when hunger strikes between meals or if I need a little more protein in my day. These are my favourite taste creation so far! -

Recipe: 
1/2 cup sifted coconut flour 
2 1/2 scoops vanilla protein powder 
1/4 cup almond/coconut milk
Shaved rind of 1/2 a lemon
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp lemon extract
1 tsp poppyseeds
1 tsp stevia powder
 Blend well and form 9-10 balls by rolling in your hands 
Store in fridge 
Enjoy! (This makes a 1/2 batch, double if you want)

Un piatto estivo, veloce e ottimo anche freddo, quindi facile da portare al lavoro o al mare?

Basterà cuocere gli spaghetti e unirli con poca acqua di cottura ad una base di gamberoni, mandorle tostate, zucchine a listarelle e poca salsa di soia al posto del sale. Olio extravergine a crudo, quindi non serve farlo cuocere! Io aggiungo zenzero grattugiato e scorza di limone, se a voi non piace potete utilizzare un pò di succo per dargli la giusta acidità! Conservati in frigo e mangiati a temperatura ambiente il giorno dopo si insaporiranno ancora di più. .

This mango sorbet is dairy-free, vegan, and so simple to create with only 2 ingredients! 🥭🍨

What you need:
(Makes 4 servings)
4 cups of frozen mango, chopped
14oz full fat coconut milk
.
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth
2. Pour the ice cream into any container that has a lid
3. Cover and let sit in freezer for about 3 hours
4. Enjoy!🤗

204 cals, 11g fat, 29.5g carbs, 2.4g protein per serving
