Hola la mifff ☀️ Plus qu’un petit mois pour se faire plaiz et grailler des bons petits artichauts! Je les  ai cuisiné au four, très simple t’as juste à enlevé le foin parce que les cheveux c’est pas très bon mdr, faire une petite vinaigrette sympo ; j’avais mélangé de l’huile d’olive des herbes fraîches origan et basilic, ail, vinaigrette au sureau et pomme et jus de citron 🍋 🌱45 minutes au four à 200* (faut que le cœur soit bien cuit)! J’espère que ça vous donne envie car moi j’ai la dalle bizzzz 🧡🧡____________________________________________

It’s Sunday which means meal prep & grocery shopping dayyyyyy 🙌🏻 for breakfast this week I’m making oatmeal bake (duh) 😛 Recipe 👉🏻 Take 2 cups of rolled oats and pour them into an 8 x 6 baking dish. Cut up/aesthetically place your favorite fruit on top of the oats. Then, whisk together 2 cups of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder, cinnamon, and 1/3 cup of egg whites (egg whites optional, but it does change the fluffiness of the oatmeal) and pour it on top of the oats AND fruit. Bake the whole thing at 375 for 35 minutes! 🍓 I get about 4 servings out of one dish & I keep it in the fridge! 💕.

Mein erster selbstgemachter Proteinpudding!
Und ich muss sagen, er ist echt was geworden (glaubt mir, gerade bei Pudding kann man viel falsch machen hahaha🙊❤️).
Ich gebe euch mal das Rezept, aber wenn ihr es nachmacht, müsst ihr unbedingt die Schritte befolgen (sonst kann er klumpig, nicht fest oder zäh werden👀):

Ihr braucht:
* 100ml Wasser
* 200ml Milch (1,5%)
* 40g Schokoproteinpulver
* 20g Puddingpulver (z.B. Dr. Oetker)
* 5g Chunky Flavour oder ein anderes Süssungsmittel
(optional: 5g Flohsamenschalen, dann wird die Masse noch cremiger)
——
-> Zuerst mischt ihr beide Pulver in einer Schale und gebt das Wasser hinzu (kalt anrühren).
-> Dann in einem kleinen Topf die Milch aufkochen (immer wieder mit einem Schneebesen rühren), von der Herdplatte nehmen und die Pulvermischung unter Rühren hinzugeben.
-> Die Flohsamenschalen hinzufügen.
-> noch einmal kurz aufkochen lassen (und rühren nicht vergessen).
-> Fertig☺️..
