Is the reason a 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭 reason or is it a 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭 𝘣𝘢𝘥 excuse?
Throwing it back to 2.5 years ago when I started my healthy lifestyle, I can honestly say my “reason” was just a 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭 𝘣𝘢𝘥 excuse. If I knew years ago I could have left this good about myself mentally and physically I would have started this then. I would have wasted less time thinking of excuses on why I can’t and thought of ideas on how I can. It’s NEVER too late to start and you have to start somewhere.
Start by writing down what you imagine and what you want. Then write down a plan on when you can 𝙈𝘼𝙆𝙀 𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙏𝙄𝙈𝙀 𝙩𝙤 𝙈𝘼𝙆𝙀 𝙄𝙏 𝙃𝘼𝙋𝙋𝙀𝙉.
Turn the TV off, put the phone down, and let your friends know this is what I NEED & WANT so support me on this or leave me alone. •
2019 is just about half way over. Are you making your New Years resolutions your reality or just another 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭 𝘣𝘢𝘥 excuse? Stop waiting around and start feeling better!
