God places God sized dreams in God-shaped hearts!⠀
When we remember to lead our hearts by God's word and abiding in Christ’s Spirit- it will always be the best direction to follow. Scripture illustrates that when we are faithful with what He's given us, then we can be entrusted with more. And there is so much more He wants to do in your life!⠀
While the world battles for our mind, we can choose to surrender our motivations and desires to be shaped by Him each day. So may we have hearts that love what He loves, breaks for what breaks His and stands for the beautiful truth of the gospel. ⠀

“Your first love is always special. I met her when I’d just started my first job. I was full of energy, but the work was taxing, and I was burdened by it -- I’d lost all of my enthusiasm. I was in sales, and in a day I’d have to go door-to-door to at least 100 people, to sell my product. There was a good 90% rejection rate and people slamming doors on my face. I was spiralling, and that’s precisely the point when she walked into my life.
She was my colleague, and was literally sunshine in human form. I remember once we were out for work- I was tired of the rejections and had a nervous breakdown. She saw the state I was in, and tried to calm me down.
After a while, when I felt better, she handed me a piece of paper and asked me to write down what I saw myself doing. So I drew an office, from where I was running my own company. I drew myself giving a talk -- and I drew myself, happy and content. She heard me with patience and a twinkle in her eye. Not once she felt that I was being over ambitious. She just said ‘Dude, tu kuch bhi kar sakta hai!’. It was life changing!
I quit my job, and did everything to achieve that dream. And she was by my side through it all. I studied and became a certified therapist, opened my own organisation and even started getting invited for talks! Everything I doodled, was coming true. But I was so engrossed in living ‘the’ life, that I forgot about who helped me do that in the first place. I got so busy with work, that I wasn’t able to give her time at all. And when I finally realised that I was in love with her -- was when she decided to get married to someone else, because she’d waited long enough for me. That’s when the realisation of her importance came crashing down.
I now keep her ‘with me’ by making everything drawn on that paper come true and updating her about my victories through social media or messages. She takes pride in them. I’m sure she’ll read this interview too and smile. Sometimes I wish that I’d drawn a stick figure on that piece of paper...the most important person and my every reason to be who I am today.” ...
