The refresher after the training is always a healthy highlight for me. I experiment a lot, but I think the most simple smoothies are the best. My post workout refresher today : carrot 🥕, apple 🍏, orange 🍊 and citron 🍋 mixed with water. Mix it creamy, add some crushed ice - Boost!
