It costs nothing to be a good human to have respect and appreciate someone. If you find yourself in the position where you’re not being respected or appreciated how can you give that to yourself more? I really feel the theme at the moment is ancestral healing as I’m seeing it all around me and strong queen’s having to show up and show up to heal their lineage too 👑⁣

It’s true stress will do more damage than chocolate cake ever will and from doing my EFT practitioner course recently I’ve seen the effects stress have on our body and how psychical illness is always a manifestation of suppressed emotions. People think they’re doing good by ignoring their bodies, ignoring their emotions to feel okay when actually your health will take a big hit because of it so trust me allowing emotions to flow through you is not only healing but healthy ❤️⁣

This is why if you’re feeling the bullshit at the moment the best response is namaste! If you don’t like it get up and walk away, send them love and on their healing way. Just a bit of how to deal with bullshit 101 but remember all of our relationships are mirrors so ask yourself - what is this reflecting in me? Do I need better boundaries and to stand up for myself? Do I need to be more vulnerable? The worst thing we can do is react to bullshit because it feeds it more - so whether you choose to do the ‘hippo’ ancient Hawaiian forgiveness practise or a forgiveness practise you cultivate - forgive them, say namaste and intend healing for the highest good and get on with your day 🙌🏼⁣

The Universe gives you what you tolerate not as a test but to say ‘hey you cool with this? If not change your mindset and I’ll change your reality’. So today grab a big old slice of the self-love and self-care chocolate cake because Queen you deserve your sweet goodness. Drop the bullshit and let it fall away because it’s not serving you or your inner peace 🍂.

El amor propio es un concepto que muchos confunden. El amor propio no es orgullo, porque el que se respeta a sí mismo no busca sentirse superior a nadie. Siempre habrá alguien que te llame egoísta cuando quieras hacer de ti mismo una prioridad y es muy posible, también, que te acusen de cobarde cuando no quieras participar de algo, porque te has dado cuenta de que hay cosas que ya no merecen tu energía.⠀
Lo más importante es que comprendamos que debemos querernos y cuidarnos, que hay momentos que requieren que nos llenemos de buena energía, esto es, acompañarnos de personas, situaciones y cosas… que nos hagan sentir bien. Cuando aprendes a quererte entiendes que siempre, sin importar las circunstancias, estarás en el lugar correcto y en el momento correcto. ⠀

📍Y te pregunto si no tienes amor propio ¿A qué tipo de amor puedes aspirar? ⠀

Relacionado al tema de la autoestima cada día florecen más enfoques, más técnicas y renombrados expertos intentan darnos la fórmula perfecta. Sin embargo, hay un aspecto que debemos tener claro: el amor propio no se encuentra fuera de nosotros, se construye, se teje con delicadeza y se riega cada día como la semilla más poderosa de nuestro ser. El amor propio implica por encima de todo dejar a un lado el “yo debería ser” y comenzar a actuar desde el “yo soy”. Solo así nos vamos llenando de ese brillo personal que hemos estado opacando. Otro aspecto a considerar, y que sin duda no siempre ponemos en práctica, es el de la satisfacción personal. Disfruta de ti mismo, aprecia lo que eres, lo que has hecho e incluso los errores dejados atrás, ya que todo es parte de tu crecimiento. ⠀

✨Deléitate con cada aspecto de tu vida. Cada aspecto de tu vida te define y debe inspirarte cada día. Queda claro que no podemos aspirar a una total satisfacción personal, pero mereces y debes luchar por conseguir una gran parte de ella. ⠀

✨Recuerda que, cuando menos nos aceptemos más necesitaremos de la aceptación de los demás, solo piensa si depender de la aceptación de otros es lo que verdaderamente mereces. 😉.⠀

I will never forget the day I exposed myself…My story, my heartache, my vulnerabilities, my shame. I typed up my first post sharing the intimate details about my broken engagement, pressed send, and held my breath. At that point I had not even told my family and all my friends what had occurred, yet here I was sharing the ugly, naked truth to complete strangers. I was terrified. What will people think? Will I be viewed as naive? Weak? There were a lot of personal details about me and my past that I was hesitant at times to share because I didn't want people judging me or have something to say about the decisions I've made. Well, I felt the fear, and did it anyway. And guess what? I had never felt more alive. For the first time I did not suppress who I was or put up any walls. It felt so liberating to be authentic and transparent about my life and my journey. I finally found my voice which has not only improved every aspect of my life, but it has allowed me to be in a position to help others. So so thankful I didn't give fear the upper hand.

Stay strong my loves. No matter how low you may feel right now, know that it will get better. Life always has a way of working out. It’s time to reframe the blame and pain into the lessons that they are and use them as fuel to turn the break downs into breakthroughs 🙏💕💫.

1️⃣ Se você tem contribuído para que esta situação ocorra (fortalecendo de alguma forma) ex.: Quando eu não gosto de algo, mas não converso sobre isso.⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2️⃣ Se eu preciso tomar alguma decisão importante, e determinante e eu não tomo, (prevalecendo no que chamamos de Zona de Conforto), atribuindo esta responsabilidade ao outro, ao tempo ou a fé de as coisas possam mudar de uma hora para a outra.
