I haven’t been practicing my handstands as much as I used to.. I think partly because they make me happy, joyful and playful and since my dad passed I haven’t really felt that way very much, I’ve tried but I haven’t really, from the inside. .
Well, it’s a new day, and this actually felt peaceful and joyful today 🥰. .

Do you find yourself not committing to things because of feeling overwhelmed and too busy? Sometimes the hardest part is just getting there. I’m so glad I got myself to join these beautiful women for an afternoon of mind, body and spirit that included yummy healthy food, slow flow yoga with @jennadraycoaching and awareness as to what we are putting into an on our bodies. It’s amazing how just a couple hours can recharge us!
@holistichanisha shared with us that we can gracefully age and that we sometimes need reminders to be mindful in all that we do which leads to gratitude. Simply being grateful for our breath can change our complete mindset. The power of forgiving and letting go can free us and allow us to focus on the present. The simple act of compassion in all that we do not only affects others but ourselves and lastly to always celebrate the small victories in life because they always lead up to big the ones!
