If you're going through a hard time I hope this message can give you hope. No matter how bad things are in your life, it's time to trust life... please understand this message is here for you at the time you need it as a reminder that the same power that brought anything into the physical world also brought you here and is taking care of you. Remember all the times you've feared tomorrow and tomorrow came and it was alright...you've survived. As long as you stand strong in the here and now things will be alright and get better. And I'm here to tell you that even in the middle of war there's peace inside of you, there's love inside of you. It is so easy to get drawn into a negative spiral and what we need when we are trying to foster a world of recovery, self compassion and nurture is to really start with a place of gratitude and being grateful for what we have rather than focusing our attention on what we don't. That doesn't mean not feeling compassion for how hard things have been for you or how difficult life can be for you at different points but it does mean that you can foster a more positive energy towards yourself and for the life potentially you can be building for yourself. 💗⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Visualization is a powerful tool to help manifest the life you want. Imagining the culmination of our goals and dreams helps clarify our vision for the future and, in turn, gives us a more concrete sense of what we need to do in order to get there. ✨ 👉 Here’s a step-by-step exercise to help get you started:

1️⃣ Begin with a specific area of your life in mind. Choose something you have been struggling with or would like to experience some transformation.

2️⃣ Imagine the best possible outcome in this area 6 to 12 months from now–the way things would look if all your hopes and dreams were to come true. Try not to get hung up on limitations or negativity. Allow yourself to get carried away with your wildest aspirations.

3️⃣ Connect with 1 goal you would like to achieve in the next 3 months. Choose something that is big enough that, once you’ve carried it out, will leave you with a feeling of accomplishment, super motivated to set your next goal.

4️⃣ Imagine what your life will be like once you have completed this goal. Create a picture or movie in your mind and step inside the visual representation as if you are inside it and looking through your own eyes–what does it taste, feel, look, sound, and smell like? Who is there with you? Where are you? What is happening around you?

5️⃣ Step out of the image you’ve created and imagine floating above where you are now, taking that mental image with you. Take a deep inhale and as you exhale, use your breath to energize the image, filling it with positive energy and intention. Repeat this 5 times.

6️⃣ Now, imagine floating into the future and dropping the internal representation of your goal down into your life below at the date and time you’ve set for this goal to reach completion.

7️⃣ Notice how all the events between then and now on your life’s timeline support you in accomplishing your goal. Visualize this process to make it feel real.

8️⃣ Come back to now and, with your eyes still closed, consider what action steps you will take in the next week to move you closer to your goal.
