DAY 2 (Tuesday) of the #namastehome2019
Yoga Challenge is down dog at a railing!
If you don’t have a railing anywhere then use a countertop edge or the back of a sturdy chair.
Stand in front of the railing and hold onto it, placing the hands a little wider than your shoulder-width. Walk your legs back until you are looking at the floor. It’s like down dog pose.
You can have your legs straight or bent - don’t round your back a lot. If your back rounds, bend the knees. You should feel a stretch in the back of the legs and the sides of your body since this is a big shoulder stretch!
Stay for 5 breaths then walk your torso upright again.
