When I started coaching, I seriously had no clue what I was getting into. I knew I wanted to help others and I knew I wanted to keep working on myself while helping others. I was scared bc I knew I’d have to have a whole new level of accountability. I used to find random workouts on the internet then switch, then quit, then just go back to running an absurd amount. It didn’t work until I started to work. I’m so proud I’ve stuck with it. I’m seeing all sorts of changes and muscle gains and it makes me happy that I’m healthy!
It is so fun to be surrounded by a community of other people (even over the internet) that have like minds, like struggles, like goals.
Anyway, this workout was badass and I wanted to share it with y’all!
Also don’t forget, 100 workout challenge starts the 26th! If you want more info, DM me!
