METHI SPINACH PARATHA

Fenugreek seeds are famous for their ability to lower blood sugar levels ans maintain weight. They contain fibre and also helps to slow down the digestion process whereas spinach is an extremely nutrient-rich vegetable contains several vitamins and minerals, that can help regulate your blood sugar level and It has only 120 calories per thepla so You can easily incorporate this in your diet for weight loss.

Method to prepare: (It's very easy🙈)

✔️Put 5 gms fenugreek and spinach leaves in a bowl. Add salt, green chilli (2-3 chopped), carom seeds (1/2 teaspoon), turmeric powder (1/2 teaspoon) and chilli powder(1/2 teaspoon) and mix well.

✔️Add little water in the flour (25gms) and knead into a stiff dough. Add oil and knead again. Cover it and set aside for 10-15 minutes.
.
✔️Divide dough into equal portions, flatten and roll out into thin small discs. Heat a non-stick tawa and roast the parathas with minimum oil, turning sides and till golden from both sides. Serve hot with mint chutney.

Tip: To make it more nutritious you can use multigrain flour which is better to make at home (Do not prefer Aashirwad multigrain flour as it has only 10% of multigrain)

Spaghetti Stuffed Zucchini Boats 👌🏻 One of my go to dinners. I love making zucchini boats- taco stuffed, pizza stuffed, and now spaghetti stuffed! -

I have a really bad memory (like realllly bad 😅) but one of the perks of that is I always think the meal I’m eating now is the best it’s ever been😂 Always gotta look on the bright side 😉 So in my personal opinion, these are the best zucchini boats ever 😎 I’ve really been on a marinara sauce kick lately- is that even a thing? 🤷🏼‍♀️ So I’ve been making lots of pizza and spaghetti dishes! Thankful this made enough for leftovers. We’re hopefully going to play some night tennis later 🎾 We’re super competitive which always makes things interesting 😅 Hope you guys had a good Monday! -

#recipe details 👉🏻 Preheat oven to 400F 
Take 4 zucchini and cut in 1/2. Take a spoon and scoop out the middle and add to a bowl, you’ll use it later on. Grease a baking pan and add the zucchini to them. Bake at 400F for 15 minutes. 
While the zucchini cook, heat a skillet over medium heat. Add: 
1 diced onion and 1 lb ground beef (I used @butcher_box) with a little bit of oil. Season with 1 tsp garlic and 1 tsp Italian seasoning. Cook until browned, making sure to break up the beef. 
Add in the zucchini middle part when the meat is almost done and mix it in there. 
Then add in 1 cup marinara (Used @aldiusa Sauce) 
When the zucchini are done, remove and add the mixture into the middle part. Top with some cheese (I used feta) and bake 10 more minutes. Enjoy!.

УПРАЖНЕНИЯ С КАНАТОМ

Разнообразие упражнений, которые можно выполнять с этим оборудованием, велико, поэтому мы приведем лишь некоторые базовые варианты.

Выполнение так называемого упражнения «волна» заключается в том, чтобы, взявшись за края каната, быстро двигать согнутыми в локтях руками вверх вниз, пуская по полу волну. Амплитуда движений может быть разной, и если вы хотите максимально загрузить себя, то делайте её минимальной. «Волну» можно делать как одновременную, где руки работают одинаково, либо же попеременную, где одна рука идет вверх в то время когда другая – вниз. Помимо стандартных вертикальных волн вы можете запускать горизонтальные волны по полу, а также выполнять различные круговые вращения в одну, другую сторону, вовнутрь или наружу.

Интенсивная работа с запуском «волн», различными круговыми вращениями, амплитудными ударами каната в пол и т.п. заставляют мышцы работать так, как они никогда раньше не работали. Попробуйте хоть раз, и вы поймете, о чем идёт речь.

Работать с канатом можно как на количество, то есть определить для себя, например, количество «волн» или махов, так и на время, засекая 20, 30 и более секунд.
