I haven't been traveling nearly as much as I would like, I guess you could call it recharging my batteries. I really feel like I'm at the top of the world when I'm traveling. It gives me a reason, and a purpose to do what I love doing. Anyone else relate? ...

Upon arriving, I noticed there wasn't many clouds in the sky and it was pretty hot and humid, so photography conditions weren't the best. Not even 5 minutes later an I found myself in a complete monsoon. While most would turn back and run for shelter; I put all my stuff in my backpack, slipped on my flip flops and got to work. Although I was soaked to the bone; I was in Heaven. The sounds of the rushing stream and heavy rain made me appreciate this passion even more. Not many people would be willing to go out and endure those conditions for a photograph. I shot around for over an hour during the rain, only seeing a couple people throughout. Then the rain stopped, the skies cleared, and all the people who had been sitting in their car came out. I was passed by over 20 people at once. ...
