You are a source energy being, who decided to jump into your physical body suit to have a temporary experience. What more proof do you need? 😇 #beadot
If you haven’t subscribed to my YouTube channel, I plan on going live A LOT more. Hint hint. ;)
As humans, we are very habitual creatures.
We fall into comfortable routines of behavior which may not always be in our best interest.
That’s why every so often we need to pause and ask ourselves what’s truly important to us?
We need to start getting intentional about the life we want to create for ourselves.
We are capable of accomplishing anything; however, most of us are not clear about what we want to accomplish.
That’s what leads us to easily slip into bad habits. If we aren’t using our ability to imagine a better future, then we are only reacting to our current environment.
Our brain is capable of transporting us anywhere, but if you don’t give it direction or an end destination, how will it know where to go?
A plane without gas or a GPS is worthless.
Become specific with you what you want and you’ll start setting your mind in motion.
Little by little you will see your life change and once you see results it becomes an addiction.
You’re previous addictions will fade away and you’ll only be addicted to becoming the best possible version of yourself. #YouCanHaveSuccess@thebusinesshacks ...
A couple of weeks ago I opened up about my own struggles with comparison being the thief of joy. The post was for me to share my thoughts but I want to share some strategies for you to combat the feelings that arise from comparing yourself to others. 📸⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Here are my 3 effective ways to beat the comparisonitis! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1) Write down 1-3 small wins at the end of the day, every single day.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Small wins are REALLY the ones that count. Everyone always expects the big ones to be the most important but the fact you just went for your walk today counts, or that you drank an extra cup of water today. 💧⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2) Keep away from triggers - this one is a really crucial one! Unfollow those that don’t make you feel good and stick to those that make you feel inspired. But it's more than simply hitting the unfollow button. Maybe a trigger for you is going to a particular class at the gym and you need to change your environment, at least for the time being. Figure out triggers you and try to steer clear until you feel strong enough in yourself to face the triggers and overcome them! 💪⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3) Focus on the small actions, the daily actions, not end goal.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Focus on each daily thing you are personally doing to create the end goal instead of constantly getting bogged down in not achieving that goal. Honestly, it's being aware of the big picture and chasing through small, consistent daily actions. ✔️⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Watch who you are comparing yourself to as well. Comparing yourself to the Kardashians doesn't make ANY sense. Makeup, money and Photoshop play an integral role in the aesthetics you see on everyone's highlight reels. It’s not all real here on IG guys! We don’t know what the reality of the situation is, whether it is a #relationshipgoals photo, a #transformationtuesday or a travel photo! We often compare ourselves to people on a significantly different journey than use. 😎⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Most importantly, seek out support from your friends, family and community. Better yet, join our Facebook tribe via link in bio! 👭 ...
We have all been there, looking at something and wishing we had that. The girl, the car, the money, the family, the lifestyle. You name it.
But then we tell ourselves “Yeah, but that’s not me”. The people who get that are made from a different cloth or we keep telling ourselves that until it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. We waste the wings we got believing the entire time that we can’t fly and that it’s impossible for us. We don’t even see our wings most of the time. #legendofmotivation ...
