Slowly but surely, my plank gets stronger. 💪🏻 I can hold it for longer, I can walk my feel around and lower the knees to hover and back. I discovered today I can bring a knee into the chest and alternate. Lifting a leg hasn’t happened yet, but I know it’s just a matter of time. 😊 I also split my time in forearm plank, which I actually think is a lot harder! And then I do knee lowers/hovers there too. 😊 My absolute favorite core work! Feeling stronger honestly feels just so amazing. 😁😁 I have a lot of strength still to regain, but I kind of started from zero. And in the past when I am struggling with pain/tension, I would rest for too long. But I have learned now that I have to capture the moments when I am feeling good and be active, because I feel so much better when I am! It’s an every day lesson in balance. 😊

This workout is designed to destroy your legs. I guarantee it 😅 I've been doing this workout for 3 weeks now and the progress I have seen in my performance and strength is massive. My training is within the hypertrophy region of 3-8 reps for compound movements which means heavier weights = muscle building.

Progressive overload does wonders 🤩 3 weeks ago I could only squat 3x75kg. Now I can squat 5x90kg. Maybe next week I could achieve the 100kg milestone?🤔

I'm back on that grind, I'm back on that fitness grind. I fell off for a while, oh I did fall off. But I'm back now. I'm currently at 73 kilograms from around 80 kilograms. I also incorporated morning cardio into my routine even though I know I probably shouldn't due to the POLLUTION WHICH IS WORSE IN THE MORNING but let's see how it goes. -
