✨We all have this underlying belief or feeling of worthiness at some level. ✨This then can dictate a lot of our behaviours and patterns.... it’s just a matter of if we have the awareness to observe what we are saying to ourselves.
✨Whenever I catch myself thinking I can’t do it or I’m not good enough🤯 I try to reframe it by telling myself. ✨I am enough . ✨I am everything i need to be right here and right now. ❤️🙏.
