Wake up. Sit. Breathe. Connect to your strength, highest ideals for life, and unshakeable faith within.
We get comfortable with what we know, even though it is making us unhappy, and we are uncomfortable with what we don’t know even though it could be just what life has for our success and happiness.
Life is difficult, stressful, and chaotic this is a great truth, but if at every turn, you are met with a closed door, dysfunction, and/or unhappiness, maybe life is asking you to take a chance on the life of your dreams my loves, even if your scared.
We’re all afraid at certain points in life, accept that it’s part of the journey and take the next right action that puts you on your path to happiness and success. 🙏
Mind, Emotion and Energetics.
These three areas of our human experience are intimately connected. So when we try to move past sticky people and situation we need to consider these three areas. Let’s look just at the energetics component for this post. .
Energetic Release Technique.
This is something I’ve used on numerous occasions with a varying outcome. Please understand the degree on which this will work depends on your subconscious programming and the emotions tied to the person or situations.
1. When in bed at the end of the day (great for clearing the days stickiness). Technique can be used anytime.
2. Be still and centre yourself through breath.
3. Invite the person or situation into your mind-space.
4. Visual/feel all the energetic and Etheric chords which are attached to you due your mind and emotions regarding the situation or person in question.
5. Once settle into the stick space. Out loud or in your mind thank the situation or person for they lessons, message and presence.
6. Peacefully start visualising yourself cut, chop, saw, what ever works for you. The etheric chords which are attaching you to the person or situation.
7. In doing so, feel, know, see the person or situation drift away from you and into the light. You can add another thank you here if you wish.
8. Enjoy the lighter, more free feelings and space you now in.
9. Breath deeply a few times.
10. Visualise / feel yourself surrounded by protective light.
10. Smile or laugh.
You may want to run this process a couple of times in the same moment or over a few days. It’s a great way to clear the day for a peaceful night rest.
8 1/2 month Progress here. Started the year at 133 pounds. Currently at 124.6 pounds. And remember, MUSCLE WEIGHS MORE THAN FAT PEOPLE!! 🤪
I originally did this comparison for my arm growth. Then I got to looking at my thighs, I couldn’t believe it! 😲
At the beginning of the year I would lose my breath trying to flex to show my “muscles”. Nowadays I barely have to flex to show my muscles. And it feels pretty awesome I must say.
I know there are some negative people out there and think this is gross. But this takes a whole lot of work and dedication, that I just see it as awesomeness! ...#shoutout to @jade_hope_robinson_ most of this work would not have been possibly without her help and constant motivation. 🤗💕
Are you WILLING to put in the work?
I literally hear it everyday from some of my close friends and family. Not going to single anyone out, they know 😜
The classic, “Sick and tired of feeling sick and tired”
“I feel so uncomfortable/fat/icky”
“I need to buy more clothes, they aren’t fitting like they used to.”
“I’m going to cut out all carbs, sugar, and alcohol and see what happens.”
I’ve been in each scenario. Heck, I’m still in some of these scenarios!! I am in no means perfect. I don’t have my ish together and I definitely am not an all-day-happy-go-lucky mom of two.
I do know though, as soon as your head space tells you to effing GO, you go!
🎯 Write out your goals. Big, small, and scary.
🔢 Set timelines. Are they realistic?
🙅🏻♀️ Limit your CONTROLLABLE distractions. What’s taking your TIME and MONEY?
💥 Celebrate small victories.
💕 Work on that head space DAILY. Read a book, listen to a podcast, write in a journal, etc.
💪🏽 Move yo body!
💗 Love yourself
What work are you willing to do? Can you do just a little more?
Don’t say you’ll TRY to...., say I’m GOING to do.....
It’s a mindset shift because if you want to do something but say I’m going to try to do X, you’re actually giving yourself permission to bow out 🤔
If you want to accomplish something then say I’M GOING TO do X today, don’t give your excuses a chance to weigh in 😉
This morning I wanted to pull a double duty & get 2 workouts done. I said a few times that I will try & as I was pushing play on workout No. 1 my brain started telling me that maybe one was good enough & I almost believed it. NO, I made a commitment to myself to complete a 💯 Workout Challenge & yesterday I gave myself the day off knowing it was ok because I have it in me to pull a double to stay on track.
Workout 12 & 13 of 💯 done ✅ feeling stronger & stronger everyday 😅💪
Loving this journey, it’s an amazing mind & body experience 🙌
