I always tell people I'm 90% veggie - it means I'm vegetarian in terms of what I cook/buy/order but if I go round someone else's house and they've cooked lasagne then I let myself eat it 🤷 I find aiming for 90% is a lot more achievable in all areas of life. It takes time to make changes, don't beat yourself up for not being perfect right away. I see people who are trying to give up plastic but still eat fish. Do I criticise them? No. I applaud them for their effort. I've quoted it before and il quote it again,

Ingredients 🍪 🍌 - 2 bananas - 3 tbsp coconut oil - 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp almond milk - 1/4 cup of peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla - 1 1/2 tsp baking powder - 1 tbsp cocoa powder - 2 cups of almond flour
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips - Few pieces of chocolate bar
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Instructions 🍪 🍌 
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Add all the follow ingredients to a blender: bananas, coconut oil, eggs, almond milk, peanut butter, vanilla, baking powder., and cocoa powder. 
3. After blending, add-in flour and chocolate chips.
4. Pour into skillet add chocolate chunks on top.
5. Cook for 10 mins, or until done [when nothing comes out on a toothpick]. 6. ENJOY.
