Pour la recette 🍴
- 3 œufs
- 150g de farine de blé (semi complète ici)
- 125ml de lait végétal
- 50ml d'huile d'olive
- 100g de feta, découpée en cubes
- 100g de tomates, découpées en cubes
- 50g d'olives vertes, découpées en rondelles
- 1 càc de levure chimique
- Herbes de Provence, Sel, Poivre
. 
Les étapes de la préparation 📖 :
- 1) Préchauffez le four à 180°C.
- 2) Dans un saladier, mélangez tous les ingrédients jusqu'à obtenir une pâte homogène.
- 3) Dans un moule à cake tapissé de papier sulfurisé, versez votre préparation.
- 4) Enfournez pour 50 minutes de cuisson. Se mange chaud ou froid. Dégustez

Pan-fried veggie steamed buns - Sheng Jian Bao '生煎包'⁣ by @woon.heng 🧡

(yields 20-25 small buns)⁣
Dough⁣ ingredients:
~ 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour⁣
~ 1 pack yeast (2 1/4 teaspoon)⁣
~ 3 teaspoons sugar⁣
~ 3 teaspoons oil⁣
~ 2/3 cup warm plantbased milk
⁣Filling: ⁣
~ 4 cups finely shredded cabbage⁣
~ 1 cup chopped kale⁣
~ 7-8 mushrooms, soak until soft & slice thinly⁣
~ 1 carrot, finely chopped⁣
~ 2 teaspoons thinly sliced ginger, 3 cloves minced garlic⁣
~ 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 teaspoons stir fry sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, a pinch of white pepper⁣
~ salt, oil, sesame oil, minced ginger, chopped scallions⁣
⁣
1.Mix flour, yeast & sugar in a bowl, add in wet ingredients. Using a dough hook, mix until a soft dough forms. Then, turn dough onto a floured surface, & knead for 4-5 minutes until you see a smooth top. Place dough in a bowl & let it rest for 30 minutes, covered. ⁣
⁣2.Meanwhile, in a heated pan with 2 teaspoons oil, sauté ginger, mushrooms & garlic until fragrant, then add cabbage & sauce, cook for 2 minutes. Taste test & season accordingly. Place mixture in a bowl. Sauté kale with a little oil & salt, add to cabbage mixture along with chopped scallions, minced ginger, carrot & drizzle of sesame oil.⁣
⁣3.Place dough on your countertop and roll into a log. Divide to 20-25 pieces & roll into a ball. Take 1 dough & press down with palm, then using a roller, roll out to about 3 inches round. Roll the side of the wrapper thinly, leaving a good thickness in the middle. Place a heaping tablespoon of filing & pleat to seal. ⁣
⁣4.In a heated pan with a drizzle of oil, place buns bottom down & let cook for 30 secs until the bottom turns light brown. Add hot water to cover 1/3 of the buns, cover lid & turn heat to low-med. Cook until all water is absorbed.
Serve warm with homemade chili oil in soy sauce.

Vegan Roasted Red Pepper, Tomato, & Quinoa Soup by @shortgirltallorder 🧡

(Makes 6 servings)

Roasted Red Peppers & Tomatoes
8 cups chopped tomatoes *I like using a mix of 6 cups roma tomatoes cut into quarters and 2 cups cherry tomatoes left whole
2 red peppers *cut into slices
1/2 lemon *for juice
2 Tbsp avocado oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning *mix of basil, oregano, marjoram
1 tsp garlic powder
salt & peper to taste
Soup ingredients
1/2 cup dried quinoa
2 cups veggie broth
1 14 oz can coconut milk
1 tsp Italian seasoning
chives *optional as topping
fresh basil *optional as topping
toasted pine nuts *optional as topping
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat your oven to 400F/200C.
First, roast the vegetables. Take the chopped tomatoes and sliced red peppers and add them to a greased baking tray. Toss with the oil and spices until evenly coated. Then, add 1/2 lemon to the baking tray so that it is face up.
Bake the vegetables for 35-40 minutes until cooked and beginning to caramelize. Remove from the oven and let cool. While the vegetables are cooling, make your quinoa by adding 1/2 cup quinoa and 1 cup of your vegetable broth to a large pot and cooking for about 15 minutes, stirring as needed.
Once the quinoa is cooked and the vegetables are slightly cooled, add them to your blender along with the canned coconut milk and the juice from the roasted lemon. Blend for 3-5 minutes until completely mixed and the quinoa is broken down. Then, add the mixture to a large pot and stir in the additional 1 cup of vegetable broth.
Bring the soup to a boil, stir, and then turn down the heat. Simmer the soup for an additional 10 minutes to thicken.
Remove from stove and enjoy! For extra tasty soup, I recommend adding chopped chives, fresh basil, and toasted pine nuts to the top of your soup.
RECIPE NOTES

Fluffy vegan cinnamon rolls by @vegamelon 💗

1 1/2 cups bread flour
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1 packet (2 1/4) tsp quick-acting yeast
1/2 tsp sea salt
3 tbsp softened vegan butter
1 1/4 cups plant-based milk (preferably soy)
In a large bowl, mix together the above ingredients and knead until smooth -- about 15 minutes by hand. Add more flour as needed to prevent sticking. Form the dough into a ball and let rise in the bowl for 1 hr, covered, or until doubled in volume. Meanwhile, combine 1 tbsp cinnamon + 4 tbsp sugar in a small bowl.
Once the dough has risen, roll it into a 12'' x 15'' rectangle on a lightly floured surface. Brush with 2-3 tbsp of vegan butter, then evenly sprinkle on the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Roll the up the dough lengthwise into a tight log, then cut into 12 equal pieces. Place in greased baking pan and let rest for 30 min; meanwhile, preheat your oven to 375F (190C). Bake for 15-20 min, or until golden brown. Enjoy warm!

Une semaine chargée s’annonce de mon côté, et j’ai carrément pas eu le temps de vous préparez une petite recette salée pour ce midi ! 🙈

Today was a concoction of leftovers. Roots (yellow beet, carrot, parsnip and root celery) with lentil patties.

Pepper and tomato basil soup .

For this soup I used a yellow and a red pepper. Two white onions, six carrots, bag of baby plum tomatoes and a carton of chopped tomatoes was added at the end.  For the seasoning I used vegetarian gravy granules , garlic and onion powder, pepper corns and plenty of sea salt. .
Just before I blitzed it I added a hand full of fresh basil (including the stem). I also garnished with basil leaves. .
I have this as soon as I get home from work as a tasty snack. .

Aujourd'hui est un jour spécial... C'est notre anniversaire avec Chéri ! 💘💘 nos 3 ans 💘💘 D'habitude on se fait un ptit week-end rien qu'à nous loin de tout :3 
Cette année c'est un peu spécial.. On avait prévu de tester dans le coin de visiter un truc local et le soir un resto en amoureux 💞 
Mon Chéri a une #sarcoïdose diagnostiquée il y a 5 mois et on est encore dans le flou et le tâtonnements au niveau soulagement des douleurs et c'est franchement pas facile tous les jours, il a des phases ou il est un peu mieux mais ça ne dure que 2-3jours avant des rechutes très douloureuse 😖

Aujourd'hui c'est notre anniversaire mais aussi un jour sans.. Du coup il n'a pas trop le moral.. Pour moi le plus important c'est qu'on soit ensemble, peu m'importe de rester à l'appart (une partie de #Mariokart c'est toujours sympa😉) ! 
Au moins on est tous les deux! 
Ce que j'aimerais surtout c'est qu'il puisse soufler et ne pas avoir autant mal.. ❤ (photo: Ptit déj que mon super chéri nous a préparé malgré tout 😘) -1ptit pain chacun-
