🌱Anxiety 
It's one of the emotions that is very tough to deal with, mainly because if you become afraid of how you feel *normal* then it becomes something you try to avoid, block, run from & that, makes you feel worse.
.
🌱*Its normal that when you first experience high anxiety, panic attacks, or sometimes even suspect that you're anxious, that you will start to worry. & that's because.
.
1. Many of the symptoms feel like there IS something else badly wrong.
2. When we experience panic, this alone is very scary so fear & anxiety go hand in hand.
3. In stress response the brain naturally scans for danger, so if you feel & feel the fear it's normal.
4. If you have no knowledge, this can lead to assuming the worst. =more anxiety
5. We are talking about mental health so much, when you do feel down, now we are focused inward thinking 'is there something wrong with me have I got it?'.

🌱As much as emotions are tough to deal with they are tougher if you question their existence & become afraid of them.
.
🌱When we do this we block, avoid the real emotion that actually should be experienced & allowed to flow through you in its own way.
.
🌱Emotion doesn't go if you swallow, block or avoid, they stay with you, build up, come out in other ways. In behaviour, I'm health. Sometimes with anxiety.

🌱It can feel incredibly uncomfortable to feel an emotion but it's not hear to hurt you, you have reason to feel the way you feel, of you allow yourself to feel it, it will pass, you will feel better, it may take time but it will pass.

🌱No feelings, no emotions, what would that mean?
If you're never been heart broken you never LOVED
If you're you're never sad, you won't APPRECIATE GLADNESS.
If you're never anxious, you're survival mechanism isn't serving you well.
If you're never anything, you're feeling numb.

When you think fawn season is over and you pack absolutely everything including bottles, formula, supplements, colostrum literally everything last night and take it to your new house.... you get a phone call..... SURPRISE!!! Meet my new little girl 🤷🏼‍♀️🥰 about 24 hours old. Sometimes this late in the season we have to make tough decisions and intervene for the fawns survival. Buffalo isn’t known for snow for no reason ❄️..... Also if you haven’t seen my video story... I had a huge response for sweatshirts after my post holding the fawn wearing my sweatshirt. After joining my local #climatestrike event here in Melbourne this morning I came away from it feeling pumped🙌 There’s a massive wave of energy happening around the world today💫no matter where you are or whether you could attend an event we can all make changes to help our beautiful Mother Earth 🌍 I’ve shared a few of mine below and would love to hear what steps your taking to make change! 👊Share below👇so we can all get some great tips✌️

Being aware of where our food comes from  we buy our produce is a good start I reckon👍 🌟Supermarkets suffocate produce in plastic-if you buy from them, try and choose produce that is free from it, use brown paper bags to put loose veggies and fruits in .. and remember to bring your shopping bags!👍 🌟Visit farmers markets, support local! 🌟Buy your staples like flours, pulses, nuts etc from bulk food stores.. use brown paper bags or bring jars to fill up 🌟Use keep Cups and carry stainless steel straws in your bag so that you can use when buying a coffee or smoothie out🙌

All these things feel small but if we all make a concerted effort we can achieve big things!🙌🌈🌱🌏☀️ .

For the mental health awareness week we will have Ashley at Endorphinz as the mental health and wellbeing advisor. 
Ashley is currently a telephone support worker for Parent Help, with a bachelors degree in psychology and music, a postgraduate diploma in guidance and counselling, intending to go on to her masters in counselling next year. 
She has been building up her skills to talk about mental health and wellbeing and can be a good point of reference for those who have questions about help they may need and how to get it.

How can I possibly lose weight on all the high-fat foods recommended in my diet?
