I am really proud to say: I finished the VueJS course on Udemy! 😍
And I am really happy! I learned so much! Now I am already busy learning how to use Nuxt, Firebase and Storyblok, also with Maximilian but then on YouTube. 😁

I am really thinking about buying his course on Nuxt. But I am not sure yet if I should. 🤔

But once I learn how to use Vue, I am going to learn React for work purposes. To be honest, I am also looking forward for it! 🥰.

{98/100} - today I deployed my website to test it. I encountered some bugs that I will kill tomorrow like some files which are missing and a low load speed that makes me crazy 😓

Now I am back to the VueJS course! I will finish it together with the JavaScript course. And then I will make some projects using a lot of it to practice and learn it.🚀 I finished the animation part and tomorrow I will learn more about Vue Routing. 💪🏽.

{57/100} I want to introduce a supervised machine learning algorithm, that's a really popular one and you'll probably learn it first in any machine learning tutorial. I am talking about Linear Regression. 👩🏻‍💻💻🤖 . 👉🏼 Linear Regression is a supervised learning algorithm so you will need to "teach" it first by giving it labeled examples. It means that you already know the right answer to your problem and you just want to train your machine to give you answers in the future given the input data. . 👉🏼 First of all, what is regression? Regression is a statistical approach to find the relationship between variables. In machine learning, this is used to predict the outcome of an event based on the relationship between variables. And Linear Regression? That's when there is a linear relationship between a single input variable (x) and the output variable (y). . 👉🏼 So, for example, let's say you run a business and you think that there's a relationship between how much a client spend and the number of years the person is your client. The output value (y) in this case is the amount of money and the input variable is the loyalty years (x). You can build a linear regression model with this data to try to predict how much a client will spend based on his/her loyalty years. This information can help you conduct your business better! . 👉🏼 Another famous example is house prices. Let's say you want to predict house prices for a given area and want to use linear regression. You could use house size (x) as an independent variable, to predict a dependent variable house price (y). Using Linear Regression you could collect a bunch of prices of houses sold in your area (y) and their size in m3 (x) and train a model for your Linear Regression Machine Learning Algorithm. . #girlcodertech #100daysofcode #100daysofdata #womenwhocode #girlcoder #girlswhocode #thefutureisfemale #datascientist #coding #developerlife #learntocode #techlifestyle #machinelearning #programmer #developer #womenintech #thedevlife #pythonlanguage #pythonprogramming #datascience #peoplewhocode #codergirl #coder #womenindatascience #womenincomputerscience #computerscience ...

{90/100} - today I decided to code in bed because I am really tired. And despite the fact that I know that I should go sleep early and get some rest, here I am: coding. 🤓

It is unbelievable the amount of things that you can learn if you continue to study and to work.
It works, really. But look, if you are beginning in development, give time to time ok? Because it is a path and you have to give one step at once.
Don’t compare yourself with nobody because everyone has it own journey. I know it is difficult sometimes, but it will be ok. I promise. Do your thing, learn, build. 💪🏽 Just that you guys know: I am a beginner too! Being a beginner is awesome 🤩

And I learned today how do you build some JQuery functions in Vanilla JavaScript. Ask some new PHP things (yeah guys I am learning JS too, no worries). How advanced do you consider yourself in development? Are you a beginner, junior, medior, senior...?.

{62/100} - I decided to finish my website before I go on with another projects because I have so much things going on right now, that I am losing the focus.

And time management is something that we have to know how to. Normally it works fine for me, but the last few weeks, I’ve been a disaster on that. So now I will restructure it again and finish one thing at the time, give priority for what is important and don’t forget of take care of myself as well.

How do you manage your time? Are you good at it or not that much? 🤓.

SQL Course 🤩 This summer, Kaggle is offering a unique course, "SQL summer camp 2019"! Rachael Tatman, Ph.D., and data scientist will be the teacher. The camp has already started with an introductory course to SQL. The good news is that you can still watch it. Just access the "Intro to SQL" course from Kaggle, it is free and super fun! The next part of the summer camp will take part on July 16. After that, the events will be a BigQueryML Workshop and Advanced SQL. I added the link to register for the Summer Camp in my stories. Check it out and tell me in the comments if you have signed up! Ps: It is free 🙌🏼 . . . #girlcodertech #womenwhocode #girlcoder #girlswhocode #thefutureisfemale #datascientist #coding #developerlife #learntocode #techlifestyle #machinelearning #programmer #developer #womenintech #thedevlife #pythonlanguage #pythonprogramming #datascience #peoplewhocode #codergirl #coder #womenindatascience #womenincomputerscience #computerscience #freecourses #onlinecourses #sql #kaggle ...

{80/100} Hey Guys! as I promised, I wanted to talk about asymmetric encryption! It is called asymmetric because the key used for encryption is different than the one used for decryption. It is a genius solution to the difficulties of finding a secure channel to share the key of an encrypted message. 📨🗝
.
.
👉🏼 So, how does it work? Everyone who wants to send/receive encrypted messages must have a public key and a private key. The public key is, of course, public so everyone can have access to it and the private key is secret and must be kept very safe. 🗝
.
.
👉🏼 For example, let’s say that Person A wants to send an encrypted message to person B. To do so, person A will encrypt the message with Person’s B public key. Only person B will be able to decrypt it with her/her own private key. So, even if the message is intercepted and the middle man knows the public key, nothing can be decrypted. This is possible because public and private keys are somehow associated (but one can not derive the private key from the public key).
.
.
👉🏼 An example of asymmetric encryption is the PGP open source software, so you can use it to send emails. You can find several applications on the Internet to use it, like GPG mail for Mac. 😉

This week I finished my first week (and class)of grad school. Even though the classes from 8am to 5pm straight wore me out and all I wanted to do was sleep, I am so thankful for the opportunity to be making a step forward in my purpose.
▫️This week kicked off our public health core curriculum. In 7 days we completed a 2hr class that would normally take 10 weeks. I learned so much and gained so many new perspectives that I can’t wait to explore
▫️I had to take a break on the #100daysofcode to focus on my coursework ,but starting Monday things slow down a bit and I will be able to devote more time !
