筋トレ2年生🌟9/18
⚠️ちょっと長くなります。失礼🙇‍♀️


1年前の今日、私をボディメイクに
目覚めさせてくれた方と出会いました😍
あの頃の @naa_fitness さんを今もすごく覚えてる🥺
笑顔がめちゃくちゃ可愛くってオーラがあって
キュッと上がったお尻が綺麗過ぎて
絶対この人についていく!って決めた日❤️
今ではほんまに必要不可欠です🙈💜


トレーニング始めるまでは筋肉無さすぎて
お尻なんてぺったんこ
基礎代謝低すぎて身体は冷え冷えで病弱
とにかく自分の体質、体型
何もかもがコンプレックスで
しかも年々痩せにくくなってきてるし🐽
で、そんな自分が嫌すぎて
自分を好きになる為に始めたボディメイク💄



この一年初めての筋トレや食事管理を頑張って
ほんとに人生変わったと心から思える🙏✨
素敵なトレーニーの方々に出会えて
たくさん刺激をいただいたり
応援してくださる皆さまのおかげです🥰
逆に私も少しでも誰かのモチベーションupに
繋げられたらなって密かに思ってます😄w

今は食べてばっかのデブですいません🐖
(減量中じゃないと胸張れない…😅笑)


2年目は強いメンタルを手に入れる🤛
大っ嫌いな脚トレから逃げない😠😠😠

Back home and back at it! 💫

I absolutely love traveling and taking vacations, but there’s always something about getting back into your routine that’s so refreshing. Mr. Olympia was unbelievable! You’re not only filled in a room with high energy, but also filled in a room with people who love what you love! I met so many awesome fitness influencers and I am so motivated and inspired from it all. I have a new routine and goals set and I’m actually excited to get up in the morning to start my day (which is wild because I honestly love sleep so much). Needless to say, Olympia I will be back and thank you for some much needed inspo and motivation 💞

Just want to say thanks to @laurenlf @paigereilly @alicia_coates_  @mickaelaamundell @itsmakmiller @casssmartin for taking the time to hang with me!! 💟.

#oneleghandstand liberador para la espalda baja... si no lo has intentado, te lo recomiendo alternando las piernas, sosteniendo la posición un par de segundos en cada cambio y haciendo varias repeticiones🙂

Cuando te hace falta hacer algo y sientes la necesidad de hacerlo...sabes que tienes un hábito.  Hagamos que nuestros hábitos sean buenos y saludables para nuestro cuerpo, mente y espíritu. Los hábitos buenos pueden ser los más difíciles, pero son los únicos de los que te sientes orgullos@. 😉

Un hábito no se forma siempre en 21 días como es la creencia...pueden pasar hasta 200 días dependiendo de la complejidad, ya que para el cerebro es algo totalmente nuevo. No te preocupes, puede que no sea fácil al principio...no debes apresurarte a tener resultados rápidos... sabrás que vas por buen camino cuando el esfuerzo físico o mental que realices sea cada vez menor, hasta casi mínimo.

Fallar un día o dos no te afecta en la formación del habito, ya que puede ser algo flexible... fallar más de dos dias si pueden afectarte y hacer que te tardes mas en formarlo. Si quieres resultados rápidos- se constante y tendrás tu recompensa.  Tú te conoces mejor que nadie así que si eres de l@s que se tardan mucho en comenzar con algo nuevo...ponte metas cortas y medibles para que sea más fácil ir monitoreandote tú mism@. ANIMO!!💪💪
